Terms & Conditions
- All purchases made at Knockout retail stores are subject to availability and store-level confirmation.
- Prices displayed in-store are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Knockout reserves the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud or unauthorized resale.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, pertaining only to defected/ damaged articles, provided:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The original bill/invoice is presented.
- All original tags and packaging are intact.
- Approved returns will not be refunded in cash or to the original payment methods. Instead, the refund amount will be credited to the customer's Knockout Wallet, which can be used for future in-store purchases.
- Exchanges are also permitted within 7 days under the same conditions listed above and are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
- Non-returnable items: Innerwear, socks, and accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene concerns.
- Purchases made via Knockout’s official website i.e. www.knockout.in, are eligible for exchange or returns at any of the Knockout’s retail outlets.
- Knockout reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product condition does not meet the criteria outlined above.
- Knockout is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of purchased products.
- In the course of purchases or participation in promotions, Knockout may collect personal data, including but not limited to name, mobile number, and email address.
- This data is collected for purposes such as billing, customer support, loyalty programs, and promotional communication.
- By providing your personal data, you consent to Knockout using it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or disclose personal information to third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
- Customers may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting customer support.
- Participation in any in-store promotional offer, contest, or campaign is voluntary and subject to specific terms announced at the time of such events.
- Knockout reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
- Rewards, prizes, or benefits from such campaigns are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or store credit unless explicitly stated.
- Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, property, and fellow shoppers. Any form of abusive, disruptive, or illegal behavior will result in denial of service and potential legal action.
- Shoplifting, tampering with merchandise, or engaging in fraudulent activity will result in immediate legal action.
- Knockout reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the latest version available at the store premises or on our official communication platforms.
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms or the use of Knockout’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chandigarh, India.
