Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your Knockout purchase! Please review our policy for returns and exchanges:
Returns (Genuine Reasons Only)
At Knockout Stores, we accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date for genuine reasons only. These reasons include:
Fitting Issues: If the item doesn't fit correctly.
Color Issues: If the color of the item significantly differs from what was presented online.
Incorrect Item Delivered: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
Quality Issues: If the item has a manufacturing defect or a significant quality concern.
Damaged/Defective Items: If the item arrived damaged or is defective.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Accompanied by the original bill/invoice.
Have all original tags and packaging intact.
Approved returns will not be refunded in cash or to the original payment method. Instead, the refund amount will be credited to your Knockout Wallet, which you can use for future purchases on our website or at any Knockout retail outlet.
Exchanges (Genuine Reasons Only)
Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of purchase under the same conditions listed above (unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags/packaging and original bill).
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the new item is of higher value, you'll need to pay the price difference.
Online Purchases & In-Store Returns
Amazing news! If you purchase an item from our official website, www.knockoutstores.com, you can conveniently exchange or return it at any Knockout retail outlet.
The refund amount will be credited to your Knockout Wallet Points within 7-10 days.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene reasons and the nature of the product, the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Innerwear (e.g., underwear, bras, vests)
Socks
Accessories (e.g., jewelry, hair accessories, scarves, belts - unless proven defective upon arrival)

To return a product to KNOCKOUT:
You can return products purchased from Knockout within the specified return/exchange period (check the product details page for the same).
Create a 'Return Request' under the “My Orders” section of App/Website/M-site. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us based on the return mode
In any rare occasion, if the pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product to us.
Pick-up: If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet, and the product must be unused, unwashed, and all the tags must be intact. Keep the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our staff may initially examine the product at the time of pickup, and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk.
Self-ship: In case your area pin code is not eligible for “Pick-up” mode, then please self-ship the product to our Returns desk. Please pack the product and ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention the Order Number and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. The return address will be provided by us in such cases.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on the Website/M-site.

To exchange a product from KNOCKOUT:
You can create an exchange for products purchased from Knockout within the specified return/exchange period (check the product details page for the same) under the “My Orders” section of Website/M-site. If your address is serviceable for exchange, you will be able to proceed and generate an exchange ID.
Place the product in a packet, but do not seal it. Please ensure the product is unused and unwashed with all the tags intact.
Please ensure that you have the original item available with you at the same address that has been selected for delivery of the exchange item.
At any time, you can track the status of your exchange requests under “My Orders” of App/Website/M-site.

To self-ship the product to KNOCKOUT:
You can send the return to the address below. Kindly do not send it to any other address, as the return package will not be treated as accepted.

Customer’s details, i.e., name, contact, and address.
Transporter’s Details, i.e., name, track order ID, and consignment number
