At Knockout, we're committed to getting your fashion faves to you quickly and efficiently! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days of confirmed payment.
High-volume sales seasons (e.g., festive seasons) or public holidays may cause slight delays.
Shipping Options & Rates
Once your order is placed, you will receive an AWB (Air Waybill) number, which you can use to track your shipment directly.
Great news! We offer Standard Delivery for all orders, and we do not charge any delivery fees for this service.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on your location.
Please note that all items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price as per Indian Tax Regulations. If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped from different locations in separate shipments, and we'll keep you informed via email.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship outside India. If expanding internationally, policy updates will be posted here.
Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.)
We offer Cash on Delivery for orders with a total value up to ₹5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with the courier name and tracking number.
You can track your order anytime via the My Orders section on our website.
Delivery Attempts & RTO
If the courier is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the parcel may be returned to us.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order completely, we will cancel the undelivered part of the order and notify you via email.
Prepaid Orders: If an RTO (Return to Origin) occurs for prepaid orders, the payment will be refunded to your Knockout Wallet. You can then use the amount in your Knockout Wallet to place a new order at your convenience.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds are not applicable in case of non-delivery or RTO.
Undelivered, Lost, or Damaged Packages
In case of missing deliveries, email us at info@krpvt.com with your order details.
Damaged or Tampered Packaging: If you believe that the outer packaging of your order is not in good condition, has been tampered with, or is damaged, please refuse to accept delivery. Kindly email us immediately at info@krpvt.com to inform us, and we will arrange for a reshipment of your order as soon as possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product: If you have accepted delivery and later notice that the product is not in good condition, is damaged, defective, incorrect, or there's a discrepancy, please email us at info@krpvt.com with images of the product and packaging within 7 working days from the date of receiving the delivery SMS or email communication. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Non-Receipt/Non-Delivery Claim: If you claim non-receipt or non-delivery of your order, please notify us within 24 Hours from the date and time of receiving the delivery SMS or email communication. Otherwise, we will consider your order delivered. Any requests raised after this stipulated period will not be accepted.
